Every patient is treated like family with the respect and consideration that most new patients find refreshingly welcoming. Dr. Fatse applies “optimum total dentistry” in his office. The in-house team of dental professionals applies the latest cutting edge technologies to brighten, restore or reconstruct anyone’s smile or dentition. Dr. Fatse’s extensive post-graduate education has allowed most services to be provided in office so the need for a referral to a specialist is seldom required and provides his patients with complete dental care. To create a naturally appearing beautiful smile and healthy mouth requires much expert training and dedication. Dr. Fatse’s love of dentistry is easily noticed the first time you meet him. His dedication is proven by his long record of continuing education which began with a one year general practice residency immediately following graduation from the University of Connecticut in 1987. To add to his expertise, he has acquired rigorous advanced training in all the latest cosmetic and reconstructive techniques from the leaders in the field of dentistry including the prestigious and world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Additionally, in 2004, Dr. Fatse received a fellowship degree from the Academy of General Dentistry. This is a distinction that less than 5% of all general dentists have achieved and requires over 500 hours of continuing education and successfully passing a 6 hour exam. He is a member in good standing of the Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry, and the Academy of Computerized Dentistry. Dr. Fatse has been practicing in his expanded facility for over 18 years. His reputation for superior restorative and cosmetic care is very well known in the areas surrounding Monroe, Connecticut. Dr. Scovic is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and The Advanced Endodontic Association of Westchester Study Club. Dr. John Scovic earned both his dental degree and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and now is pleased to call Connecticut his home.
